Pete Smith

SmithheadPete is a Chartered Physiotherapist, sports massage therapist, personal trainer, weightlifter and occasional cyclist. Pete specialises in Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy with a special Interest in exercise as medicine. With this exercise based approach Pete is able to succinctly assess for the problem then teach patients and clients what the need to do to get better.



Joe Timmins

TimminsheadJoe Qualified as a sports massage therapist over a decade ago and has combined further qualifications in hypopressive exercise and rehabilitative exercise to provide a rounded client centred service. Joe combines his sharp analytical skills developed and refined working with movement dysfunction for over ten years with his deep understanding of exercise to provide the best outcomes for clients and patients alike. Whilst Joe is not busy with his day job he fills his time competing in and organizing Ultra endurance events.



Ben Morris


Ben graduated a sports scientist with post graduate qualifications in training and sports therapy, since then has made it his business to work with movement not only to treat injuries or dysfunction but also to improve function and performance too. Having competed in sports as diverse as rugby union to ultra-marathon, Ben has a unique perspective as to the demands of an array of different sports and has a vast experience in treating the common problems associated with them.



Mark Drew

DrewheadMark Is an Ironman triathlete. The constant and systematic pressure that endurance athletes place themselves under can often lead to injury. Marks experience and knowledge place him perfectly to help. In addition to coaching and sports therapy with these athletes mark has a special interest in disabled participation in sport and exercise.
